Judge Orders Trump to End Efforts to Kill Hudson Tunnel Funding

A federal judge says that the administration’s attempts to block money for the $16 billion rail project were “flagrantly” illegal.The Gateway tunnel project will add a rail tunnel under the Hudson River, supplementing 116-year-old single-track tunnels.
