A 2023 software glitch at the state’s Motor Vehicle Commission led to roughly 6,600 noncitizens being registered to vote during the Murphy administration, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced.People who disclosed that they were not citizens were nonetheless placed on voter rolls in New Jersey.
