It is becoming easier to find fast chargers for electric vehicles, and they are more likely to work — and not just for Teslas.A company called Ionna, formed by eight automakers, revamped a former Phillips 66 gas station near Raleigh, N.C., into a station called the Rechargery. Their chargers can deliver up to 400 kilowatts.
